Production Supervisor (Night Shift).

About the Team At ZF Foxconn in Tuscaloosa, we are seeking a night shift production supervisor focused on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approximately 30 assembly operators from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM , reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities include leading personnel in accordance with established procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will also manage training, scheduling, and administrative tasks, and be accountable for performance reviews, compensation recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Monitor and evaluate performance of team leaders and employees through constructive feedback (e.g. written reviews, corrective counseling, etc.), support to meet expectations, maintain open door communication, and promote an issue free environment.
