A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payments with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve account balances
Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and document accounts
Participate in special projects and collaborate with peers to implement collection best practices
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Google Sheets
