Located in Mineral, Virginia, Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is poised to become a premier destination in Virginia. The development plan includes over 800 residential entitlements, featuring estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.

Position Overview :

Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. General responsibilities include :

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards
• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods)
• Upsell additional products and special menu items when appropriate
