About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of innovative solutions within a portfolio of leading brand clients. This role is pivotal in shaping how world-class brands manage their talent-related needs, particularly in the areas of talent payment, union compliance, and production enablement. The VP, Sales will be responsible for owning and growing a revenue quota, acting as a strategic advisor to clients, and delivering tailored, solution-oriented sales presentations. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions, and the role requires a high level of proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
Applicants for the VP, Sales position at the company should have 5-8+ years' of relevant experience in advertising / media production, entertainment payroll, talent management, or HR / payroll software sales. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a consultative sales environment is a must, as is the ability to influence senior client stakeholders. Familiarity with union / guild compliance, talent negotiations, or production workflows is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, comfortable in a team-selling environment, and willing to travel for key client meetings and industry events.
