Rate Range : $22-$24 / Hr

Job Description :

• Seeking a customer-focused Desktop Technician to deliver onsite IT support for Fortune 1000 clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while providing exceptional customer service.
• Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing technical problems, minimizing downtime, educating users, and preparing service reports.

Qualifications :
