Summary of role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our enterprise master data team as a Enterprise Master Data Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate onboarding and maintenance of customer master data across integrated systems, with a strong emphasis on operational precision and white-glove customer service.

The analyst will serve as a key liaison between compliance, and IT teams—supporting golden record creation, survivorship logic, and downstream integration. By combining data stewardship with a customer-centric mindset, this role ensures every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and external partners.

This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Customer Intake and Onboarding :

• Manage intake of new customer records via eMDM platform, bulk load, and integration feeds
• Deliver white-glove onboarding support for customers
• Ensure accurate classification and reference data alignment during intake
• Serve as a customer-facing liaison for intake inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous resolution

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $119,000 annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
