Lead Carpenter / Foreman

Pay : $35+ / HR Depending on experience

Full-Time Position with Flexible Schedule (Operations run 7 days a week)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Carpenter / Foreman to join a well-established construction company. This full-time role requires a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leading a team and overseeing a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating, roofing, snow removal, and aisle fitting
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and deadlines
• Arriving to work on time and prepared for each day
