Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications :
Must Haves :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role (fast-casual or full-service preferred)Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing teamStrong understanding of P&L management, inventory, and labor controlsExcellent communication and leadership skills with a commitment to guest satisfactionProven success in managing daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, and vendor relationshipsStrong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standardsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededUnique Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and team engagementMotivate and coach team members to meet and exceed performance goalsEnsure high standards of food quality, speed of service, and restaurant cleanlinessCollaborate with leadership on local marketing efforts and community engagementReview daily reports to identify operational and financial opportunitiesRestaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience with franchise or multi-unit restaurant operationsServSafe or equivalent food safety certificationStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesPassion for developing people and cultivating a positive, team-oriented cultureFamiliarity with restaurant technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management platforms)
