Physician Emergency Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

• Full-Time Emergency Medicine position
• $250 / hr days & $270 / hr nights
• Director option for an additional$9000 monthly stipend
• Requires : ABEM / AOBEM-w / 2 years of recent exp and ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• 1.9 patients per hour
• 10 hr shifts
• Full-time is minimum 12 shifts / month including 2 weekends and share of holidays
• 325+ bed hospital / 45+ bed ER
• 46,000 approximate annual volume
• APP coverage 8p-7a
• 1099 Independent Contractor setup
• Occurence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
• Requires BC / BE in Family or Internal Medicine with at least 2 year ER experience orBC / BE in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required unless Board Certified by ABEM
• Meditech EMR
