We are currently seeking a licensed Sales Representative with a valid Property & Casualty license to help expand our reach and deliver expert service to our customers.

From day one, we invest in your success. Our Marketing Team generates millions in leads, and our Training Department—backed by over 50 years of experience—is dedicated to helping you master the art of the sale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handling inbound calls from California regarding MBI (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance), in addition to Internet leads
• The average close rate is 5 to 7 sales daily
• Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment.
• Strive to successfully complete a one-call close
• Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
• Persuasively educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
• Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders
• Work effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment
• Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Key to Success :

Compensation : 100% commission, average salary $75k–$100k+ annually.
