Texas Athletics Customer Relations Assistant

Build and strengthen customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics.

Assist with daily inbound communication via phone, online chat, and email.

Take part in the programming, charging, and placing of ticketing pedestals and handheld scanner placements for athletics events.

Assist with daily email and troubleshooting for the Texas Sales and Service team.

Aide in ticketing system maintenance and projects.

Support with gameday ticket office duties as needed.
