Required Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors’ Degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• 3- 8 years of proven experience working with the design / configuration electrical power distribution products and systems.
• 3 - 8 years of Electrical CAD design / drafting experience in protection & control or engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of standard protection & control technologies used in medium voltage power distribution products with willingness to share this knowledge with others.

Job Description : Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer that will be based in Wendell, NC for a manufacturing client. The Electrical Engineer will analyze one line diagram and control schematic sketches of Siemens MV switchgear products along with associated protection schemes and thus, design appropriate product solutions to meet the customers’ expectations in cost-effective and timely manner.
