Claims Analyst

A company is looking for an RRT Anthem Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process adjustment claims for Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield

Handle communications and inquiries from internal departments regarding claims

Monitor daily production and exception reports to ensure timely claim closures

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 3 years of medical claims processing experience

Adjustment experience is required

Experience with the QicLink claims processing system is preferred

Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
