Job description

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead for Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities while developing targeted sales strategies

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions

Collaborate with business leaders to grow accounts and participate in key capture activities to support business development

Required Qualifications

12+ years of DoD or Federal experience, with at least 5 years in business development roles

Extensive experience with DoD or other government organizations

Proven ability to execute business development functions independently

Demonstrated success in building solutions with awards over $100M

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required
