Job descriptionManage profitability by overseeing cash controls, inventory, labor, financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs. Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience. Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for entire shifts; operate restaurant equipment safely. Over 1,000 restaurants in 20 years. Opportunities across 31 states. Over 50% of store leadership promoted internally last year.
