Job descriptionWork in a hospital setting within a Level 1 Trauma, comprehensive stroke, academic facility CT Tech unit covering ED, Inpatient, ICU, and Outpatient populations Responsible for operating all Siemens CT equipment purchased new in 2020 with identical protocols Shifts are 4x12 hours, weekend block (either Thu-Sun or Fri-Mon), 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM No floating required outside of primary CT scope Uses Epic EMR system; Epic experience preferred First-time travelers are accepted All scanners are American College of Radiology accredited Scrub color is ceil blue Onsite garage parking is provided at no cost Travelers must be clean shaven for FIT testing and complete an OSHA respirator clearance before starting All travelers cannot work past 1 year and must take a 6 month break before returning Required modules are completed pre-start and recorded on transcripts Requested time off must be submitted with the application and any further requests are at manager discretion Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience required Current BLS and ARRT-CT certifications required Experience with Siemens CT scanners required Applicants must live more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible Pending license considered at manager's discretion; license required if applicable Two professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years required High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
