Key Responsibilities

Review case documentation and plan investigative strategies

Conduct research using various databases and make outbound calls to gather information

Write detailed reports and maintain organized records within the case management system

Required Qualifications

Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License (as required by state)

Earned an associate's degree or higher (preferred)

Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred)

Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when interacting with third parties

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume investigative environment (preferred)
