A well-established construction management firm in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the commercial and multifamily sectors.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction planning through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead bidding, procurement, and contract negotiation processes
- Monitor progress through regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Review and approve change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
- Identify potential risks or conflicts and implement proactive solutions
- Foster strong communication between field teams, clients, and internal leadership
