Business Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide user support for SAP and related tools, including training and managing security access

Support SAP Plant Maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT for enhancements

Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure user adoption and process compliance

Required Qualifications

Relevant industry experience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance management

Five years of power generation experience preferred

BS or BA degree in a business or related field

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
