Lead Analyst - Finance Systems, Oracle EPM – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote – Mondays and Fridays)

A fast-growing, $5B+ consumer products company in the lifestyle sector is expanding its finance systems team at its U.S. headquarters. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance systems professional to step into a visible role with strong cross-functional exposure and a clear path to leadership.

This is not a behind-the-desk finance role. You'll be embedded in the business, working closely with finance and systems teams to optimize performance, build smarter models, and drive process improvements. What You'll Do

Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle EPM (2+ years of hands-on experience required)
Build and optimize financial models and system performance
Partner with finance teams to develop scalable, efficient solutions
Train and support users across departments (training experience a plus)
Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements
Work closely with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and planning initiatives

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting

Strong Oracle EPM expertise (Oracle FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A proactive, systems-minded approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently and lead initiatives without direct reports (yet)
