What You’ll Do

Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers, becoming their go to fraud prevention expert.

Monitor and manage customer communications across multiple channels to provide timely and effective solutions.

Serve as a technical and strategic advisor, offering in depth fraud analysis, industry best practices, and actionable recommendations.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.

Create and optimize fraud detection rules and strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to tackle emerging fraud trends.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases.

Support customer onboarding by overseeing technical configurations and ensuring smooth implementations.

Lead training sessions for new team members and contribute to strategic internal projects.

Provide proactive feedback to improve processes, products, and customer outcomes.

Uphold service excellence by meeting SLAs and delivering measurable value to every customer.

What You'll Bring

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

A proven track record of at least 3 years in Fraud, AML, Cybercrime, or Risk Management.

Strong problem solving and analytical abilities, with an aptitude for pattern recognition and fraud trend analysis.

Experience with cloud based software, APIs, and tools like Slack, Postman, Jira, and service desk ticketing systems.

Familiarity with SQL or Python (a plus).

A team first mindset with a drive to learn, share knowledge, and improve continuously.
