CFS is currently assisting a nonprofit client in finding an Accounting Specialist to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist :

Manage the reconciling process of hundreds of checks a week

The Accounting Specialist will communicate with departments across the company

The Accounting Specialist will use a three way match with their accounting system, bank, and cash log

Assist the Accounting team with other functions as necessary

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist :

The Accounting Specialist must have prior reconciling experience

Must be comfortable with Excel, especially Pivot Tables

Nonprofit is a plus but not required

Salary : $45,000-55,000
