Your Role :
As a Therapist for Family-Centered Treatment, you will offer essential psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families following the Family Centered Treatment model.
- Deliver quality Family Centered Treatment Clinical Services in line with model fidelity requirements.
- Achieve FCT Certification within the first year of employment to continue providing FCT services.
- Complete required internal training courses within specified deadlines via our e-learning system.
- Conduct clinical services primarily in the families' living environments, ensuring a family-focused approach.
- Provide on-call support to a caseload of families, necessitating a flexible schedule.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and maintain effective service plans for each client.
- Provide educational support as per the needs outlined in the Service Plan.
- Implement interventions that guide families through the phases of the FCT model.
- Assist families in setting and achieving weekly goals.
- Coordinate aftercare plans that address ongoing community resources and support.
- Manage both initial and ongoing assessments for clients.
- Facilitate team meetings focused on service plan development.
- Engage and consult with medical and non-medical providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaboratively provide behavioral health services and interventions with treatment team members.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in human services or a related field required.At least two years of direct experience working with youth and families necessary.Current Family Centered Treatment Certification preferred.Additional state-specific qualifications required include :North Carolina and Virginia - QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP.
Mississippi - Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS and eligible for full CCSS credentialing.Why Choose Us :
