This position has the responsibility and authority to work with field representatives and Sales Management to ensure all sales quotations are accurate and comply with company guidelines. Main areas of responsibility include preparing customer quotes, managing orders, and fulfilling terms and conditions outlined in sales proposals. Responsibilities may include proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Additionally, the role involves creating customer sales quotes, advising the sales team on acquisition options, supporting automation and system enhancements, and maintaining customer files and accurate information in various customer databases.
Must have : minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience in contracts or pricing, or an associate's degree with 2+ years experience in contracts or pricing, or a baccalaureate degree with 1+ year experience in contracts or pricing.

Physical job requirements include being independently mobile, interacting with a computer, and communicating with peers and co-workers.
