Salary : starting at $21.00 an hour
Were seeking a detail-oriented, self-managed individual to handle daily shipping operations and communication across departments and external partners.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm with overtime as needed.
Wage is based on prior experience.
Responsibilities :
- Prioritize and manage daily shipping tasks and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams via phone and email.
- Process all shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL, and international) through our business systems, 3PL platforms, and customer portals.
- Generate and manage shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs, customs forms, etc.).
- Handle FedEx, UPS, and freight shipments using appropriate software.
- Maintain warehouse inventory : move stock, pull orders, and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
- Support team goals and perform additional duties as needed.
Education / Qualifications / Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office equipment.Experience with shipping software, 3PL systems, and international shipping documentation preferred.General shipping experience with UPS / FedEx parcel, LTL / FTL freight, and local courier services preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback and cross-training opportunities.Exhibits professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities under deadlines.Ready to bring your shipping experience to a company that values your skills and work-life balance?
