The Job
Our Home Care specialist team is the revenue engine for the organization. Driven, hard-working, and part of a tight-knit group of supportive peers, we enjoy spirited competition while working collaboratively to earn a collective goal across our footprint. This position covers the Charlottesville VA market and surrounding areas. As a valued member of the 25-strong team, you will :
- Call on hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and continuing-care campuses to connect with social workers, discharge planners, case managers and administrative staff, to promote the sale of designated service lines.
- Provide strategic solutions, explain our programs, our readiness, and our differentiators, to earn trust and respect in a competitive landscape.
- Create solid weekly plans, set up meetings with case management and leadership, among others, to further reiterate our abilities and strengths.
- Collaborate well with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Utilize the array of tools provided to promote our good name in the market.
