What You’ll Do :

Be the key point of contact between our shop, insurance companies, and customers

Write accurate and thorough damage estimates

Walk customers through the repair process with clarity and confidence

Handle all related paperwork with sharp attention to detail

Keep jobs moving with urgency and precision

Stay organized in a busy environment with multiple moving parts
