General Description :

The objective of the Safety Manager is to provide the effective management of SMART's proprietary safety program and services across assigned client accounts. The SSM ensures that all safety management activities meet or exceed the quality standards of BOTH SMART and its client. Additional responsibilities include providing timely information, consistent communication and effective leadership to meet all goals and objectives of this position and represent SMART as a professional organization and respected safety management company. This job requires experience in construction safety, fluency in Spanish and English, OSHA 30hr, authorized OSHA construction outreach trainer or the ability to become authorized.
