Job Title : Psychotherapist

Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues. Your role will involve conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions to assess and address clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of clients' needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, and regularly evaluate progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to provide comprehensive care and ensure coordinated treatment.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education activities to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including maintaining client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and make appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation or additional support services.

Qualifications :

Compensation : Wage range is $30.00 - $65.00 per billable hour depending on experience.
