Agency Contracting Specialist
Spark is hiring an Agency Contracting Specialist to guide new agencies through every step of the contracting process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and client success. You'll work with high-priority agencies, ensure every deliverable is completed on time, and bring precision and efficiency to a critical stage of our onboarding journey. Key responsibilities include : creating a world-class first impression, being the guide our customers trust, empowering customers with knowledge, becoming an expert, driving clarity and collaboration, being the connector, partnering for impact, and championing continuous improvement.
Skills knowledge and expertise include : 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, account management, or onboarding / implementation roles, strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills, skilled at translating complex processes into simple, actionable next steps, relationship management experience, curiosity & excitement to learn, and experience using CRMs or workflow management tools to track progress and handoffs.
Compensation : our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 USD.
