As a Production Shift Supervisor you will oversee production personnel equipment and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.

You will be responsible for planning and assigning work guiding daily goal setting organizing training and coaching team members for continuous improvement. Youll also ensure compliance with company and government requirements.

Your leadership will be key to helping your team deliver on daily objectives while fostering a strong plant culture based on our Company values. Additionally youll focus on driving continuous improvement in cost quality and service levels through facilitative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities and mentor coach and develop team members.
• Excellent organizational planning and leadership skills capable of guiding team members and functioning with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in interpreting contractual documents performing complex mathematical equations and managing detailed tasks with accuracy.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies such as Safety GMP SQF and Continuous Improvement.
• Leadership in operational administration including troubleshooting issues preparing reports and meeting key performance indicators in safety productivity and quality.
• Strong analytical critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
