What You'll Do

Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Maintain detailed logs and reports related to daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed and follow established protocols.

Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to support overall security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
