Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent employee support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in payroll systems and HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll, including prevailing wage and certified reports
- Manage timecard accuracy, direct deposits, reimbursements, and garnishments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and support audits
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and tax regulations
Benefits
