Riverpoint Medical designs, develops and markets next generation, unique medical devices for the veterinary and healthcare markets. Our expertise is in special projects, taking concepts or prototypes to production. We train, design and produce custom fixturing and processes to coordinate logistics and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities :
Preside over the strategy and success of multiple connected projectsIdentify and implement long terms goals and objectives into strategic goals and deliverablesWork across several business unit teams to manage resources, schedules, financials to adhere to stage gate qualityManagement of issues, risks and project / program change requests to ensure successful and on time project deliveryCollaborates with all levels of stakeholders to establish objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgetsDevelop and execute a plan to communicate with project teams, key stakeholders, and higher-level managementRecommends project or program decisions, procedures, or policies to higher level managementContribute to the standardization of the project management best practices and seek opportunities to harmonize processes and systems across programsEffectively communicate consideration or concerns related to projectsEngage outside contracting services in support of project needs, i.e. analytical laboratories, consultants, material suppliers and equipment suppliers. Build effective relationships with these resources to meet delivery and budgetary goals.Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.Requirements :
