As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for everyone onsite. Pay Rate : $20.59 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, including interior and exterior areas of a tech-focused location.

Observe for unusual activity or conditions and report findings according to company and client protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as needed, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding daily activities, incidents, and / or security-related concerns.

Support emergency response activities such as evacuations, medical incidents, or other urgent situations, following established protocols specific to the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
