The ideal candidate will be skilled at multitasking, handling resident inquiries with professionalism, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.

Experience in the apartment industry is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we would love to set up an interview! Job Responsibilities :

• Respond to incoming leasing leads through AppFolio by phone, text, and email.
• Schedule and conduct apartment showings, assist prospects with applications, and collect required documentation.
• Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (ask questions, utilize guest cards, etc.).
• Inspect models and available units to ensure they are "market ready," and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for resident move-ins on agreed dates.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fair Housing practices.
• Contribute positively to the onsite team, showing reliability and adaptability.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
