Overview

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team that provides in-store support for brands across North America in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. We work with beauty brands to increase sales and brand awareness in-store.

Job Summary

As a Brand Market Specialist, you will be the face of the brand in retailers. You will be self-starting, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry. Your goal is to create a strong presence and drive sales in-store for your assigned brands.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit
