Job Summary :

Supermicro system department is looking for a highly technical Principal Solution Manager to manage the end-to-end solution coordination and promotion. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering team to provide technical direction and guidance to ensure the market competitiveness of in-house solution design. In the meantime, you will lead by partnering with customer engagement team to understand customers' requirements, and lead internal team in both customization and / or design processes. This position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) :

• Spearhead the customer engagement activities by actively promoting the servers and solutions
• Responsible for servers, solutions, product revenue, and customer retention
• Defines, leads, and provides creative servers and solutions, and overcome constraints to meet customer requirements
• Organizes technical resources within the organization to address client needs, when necessary
• Understands and resolve challenges by collaborating with internal business partner and technical members
• Acts as escalation point for Solutions Management team
• Oversees deliverables and documentation as required, supporting Supermicro Solutions and Products organization
• Provides solutions and products overview training to internal organizations, partners, and customers
• Creates solution marketing programs and cowork with marketing team

Qualifications :

Salary Range

$177,000 - $235,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
