You coordinate with project managers, align your technicians, and keep the schedule on track. When something unexpected pops up, you diagnose it fast and guide the team to a clean, safe solution. By day’s end, the work is on time, within budget, and documented.

• Complete oversight of installation projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Daily coordination with your team to hit milestones and finish on schedule.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting to resolve technical and on‑site challenges.
• Coaching and developing junior technicians in proper installation techniques.
• Accurate, timely documentation of project details and progress.
