RoNetco Supermarkets is a large volume supermarket chain with nine ShopRite stores located in Northwest New Jersey.

Our locations are in the following areas :

• Netcong, NJ (Morris County)
• Byram, NJ (Sussex County)
• Flanders, NJ (Morris, NJ)
• Newton, NJ (Sussex County)
• Hackettstown, NJ (Warren County)
• Succasunna, NJ (Morris County)
• Sparta, NJ (Sussex County)
• Franklin, NJ (Sussex County)
• Sussex, NJ (Sussex County)

Candidates must be available to work in any location.

We are actively seeking experienced candidates for General Store Manager positions. We are looking for applicants with experience in managing a retail store with high volumes exceeding $30M in sales annually and a minimum of five years of experience . The position requires managing teams of up to 350+ associates, 14+ department managers and an ability to drive gross margin and develop talent. Evidence of these skills should be represented in the resume and introductory letter.

This position is within a ShopRite Retail store and will require evenings and weekends.
