- LOCATION : Addison Area, near Keller Springs Park. Zip Code : 75248.
 - SCHEDULE : Part time weekends only : Saturday (Evening shift) 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm and Sunday (Morning shift) 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm. Must be able to cover shifts.
 - SALARY : $17 hourly
 - Must have a valid driver's license

ABOUT THE ROLE
Assists residents, visitors, vendors, contractors and employees by providing services necessary to ensure a friendly, efficient and safe environment, and performs all other duties as directed by the supervisor. Helps maintain the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the building and the Common Areas, both inside and outside. Devotes majority of his / her time and focus to welcoming residents and guests in the front lobby / door. He / she is the “face” of the staff, therefore he / she must present himself / herself in the most professional and polished manner possible. He / she will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer service, administrative, and minor janitorial responsibilities. In addition, he / she will provide valet service to residents and guests.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meets, greets, announces and verifies authorization of all residents, visitors, contractors and employees, directing them to the appropriate area of the building and offers any assistance requiredAnswers all incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquetteReceives messages and immediately distributes to the intended partyDirects and coordinates all deliveriesMaintains and monitors all security and service logsMonitors and enforces safety proceduresMaintains secure storage and control of all keys issued to him / herAssists with maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Common AreasMaintains a clean, neat and professional appearanceWears the proper uniform while on dutyMaintains a neat, organized, clean and safe work environmentUnderstands the building safety procedures and their individual role in maintaining a safe environmentUnderstands the building emergency procedures and their role in an emergency situationReports any accident, maintenance issue, safety or security concern immediately to the supervisorUnderstands and follows employee guidelinesClean driver’s record (no DWI, points or convictions for moving violations)Ability to pass a drug testAbility to pass a criminal background checkMaintains a cordial and respectful relationship with the residents, visitors, contractors, vendors and fellow employeesRequirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
