A company is looking for a Client Success Director, Salesforce Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 5-10 accounts, overseeing client relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Lead a Client Success team covering 10-15 accounts per team member, providing support and guidance
Develop Client Success Plans and conduct business reviews for direct accounts while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
In-depth experience with the Salesforce platform ecosystem
Proven track record managing a $5M+ portfolio
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing client-facing teams
