A Day in the Life : As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will inspire clients to make confident financial decisions while building lasting relationships. You will assist clients with a wide range of tax needs, supported by an expert team and advanced training.

Your Contributions Will Include :

• Conducting tax interviews with clients in person, via video, phone, chat, and email.
• Preparing thorough and accurate tax returns.
• Driving growth, enhancing client retention, and promoting additional services.
• Providing IRS support to clients as needed.
• Offering tax notice services and representing clients in audits.
• Mentoring and guiding fellow team members.
• Successfully completing the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Bringing experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Completing individual tax returns proficiently.
• Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Utilizing virtual tools effectively to engage with clients.
• Communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
