Compensation Range : $85-120k

Job Description :

Lead SQL development and reverse engineering initiatives to modernize legacy systems and support future platform migrations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Reverse engineer large legacy SQL Server stored procedures (up to 10k lines)

Analyze and optimize database-driven application logic

Collaborate on migration planning from SQL Server to Oracle

Understand and map data flow, particularly related to ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)

Translate technical findings into actionable documentation and system improvements

Requirements : Must-Haves :

5 years of experience in SQL programming and database analysis

Advanced SQL Server skills; working proficiency in Oracle

Strong understanding of database integration and application logic

Ability to reverse engineer and rewrite legacy code

Analytical mindset with solid communication skills

Nice-to-Haves :

Familiarity with retail, finance, or accounting systems

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
