The Opportunity :
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team is a multifaceted team responsible for managing and supporting the accurate timely and efficient collection of revenue from the initial patient encounter or service provided to the receipt of final payment. The team oversees a diverse range of operational facets including administration tasks such as insurance coverage verification hospital admission and charge capture as well as accurate coding of services rendered and adherence to contractual business rules claim submission to payors and diligent follow up on outstanding accounts.
As an Administration Support Officer you will be responsible for developing implementing and supporting nationally consistent revenue cycle administration activities. You will provide guidance support education and training for hospital-based administration teams to achieve operational excellence optimise revenue capture and improve cash collections.

To succeed in this role you will be an enthusiastic individual with a strong hospital administrative skillset and a passion for process improvement and customer service. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with a variety of stakeholders. Comfort in both collaborative team settings and autonomous working environments is essential reflecting your adaptability and versatility in achieving objectives.
