Pathway Hospice, the leading locally owned hospice provider in DFW, is seeking an experienced RN to join our wonderful team as a Hospice Case Manager. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and their families. While our office is in Richardson, TX, we are currently recruiting for the Plano, Frisco, McKinney area .
