SUMMARY :

Lead a 5-person team through the process of making tubing. Mechanically adjust mill to make good quality tube.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Including the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by management and some duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific Tarter site and / or the strengths of the employee and the needs of the company) :

• Record run information.
• Start mill on time everyday.
• Adjust mill as needed.
• Lead mill change over.
• Occasional forklift operation.
• Basic math skills.
