Foreside is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Foreman with strong carpentry and foreman experience to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking great. This hands-on role involves a wide range of building maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on carpentry, minor repairs, and general upkeep. Compensation : $30 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, gutter work, and minor plumbing and electrical work
• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete apartment unit turnovers, ensuring there are no life safety issues
• Inspect windows, doors, walls, and floors for damage and carry out necessary repairs
• Build, install, or repair wood structures such as cabinets, framing, partitions, and doors
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems to reduce downtime and safety risks
• Load and unload tools and materials as needed for maintenance projects
• Record maintenance work performed and track service intervals
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting as needed
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure work areas are kept clean and secure
• Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and coworkers to address service needs
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
