Georgia Licensed Pharmacy Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Formulary & Medical Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical pharmacy initiatives to drive affordability savings and manage formulary operations

Collaborate with various departments to operationalize pharmacy workflows and monitor savings initiatives

Develop and maintain a clinically appropriate formulary and manage the P&T committee

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

4+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy operations within PBM or Payer

4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams / projects and change management

3+ years of experience supporting formulary management and clinical policy development

Residency training and experience with Marketplace Exchange and Medicare Advantage are a plus
