Were currently hiring for two shifts : 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM and 11 : 30 AM8 : 00 PM, with a rotating Saturday schedule (and a weekday off when you work a Saturday).

What Youll Do

Manage high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.

Convert inquiries into appointments through trust-building and product knowledge.

Use your industry expertise to educate customers and identify their best solutions.

Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What Were Looking For

2+ years of high-volume call center experience

Background in exterior home improvement or construction customer service

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy with CRMs and Microsoft Office

Dependable, detail-oriented, and driven by goals

High School Diploma or GED
